Protocol Guide
Protocol Guide
Taking AE can mobilize lead and cadmium from bone. To better handle this, we recommend the following protocol twice daily using PectaSol (MCP) between meals to avoid binding minerals and medications.
Morning block
-
AE on an empty stomach
Take AE with water first thing upon waking. Wait at least 30 minutes before eating so AE has an empty‑stomach absorption window. This matches standard “empty stomach” guidance of 30–60 minutes before food. -
Breakfast
Eat your normal breakfast after the 30‑minute AE window. -
Pectasol (MCP) – between meals
Take PectaSol (bottle dose) about 2 hours after breakfast, when the stomach is mostly emptied again. This follows common MCP guidance to use it 30–60 minutes before or about 2 hours after meals, and to keep it at least 2 hours away from minerals and prescriptions to reduce unwanted binding.
Midday block
-
AE on an empty stomach
Take AE with water at least 30 minutes before lunch (for example, mid‑morning). Again, this preserves an empty‑stomach window for AE before you eat. -
Lunch
Eat your usual lunch after the 30‑minute AE window. -
Pectasol (MCP) – between meals
Take PectaSol (bottle dose) about 2 hours after lunch. This keeps MCP in a between‑meals slot and maintains at least a 2‑hour buffer from mineral supplements and medications, consistent with MCP timing recommendations.
Evening block
-
Pectasol (MCP) – after dinner
Take PectaSol (bottle dose) about 2 hours after dinner. This keeps MCP in a between‑meals slot and maintains at least a 2‑hour buffer from mineral supplements and medications, consistent with MCP timing recommendations.
