Refund policy

• Contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back; we will reply within about 3 business days with instructions.
• New, unopened items can typically be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; shipping is not refunded.
• Opened products are not refunded unless deemed defective under their quality guarantee.
• If your return is because you change your mind, or submit your address in error, you pay return shipping and shipping paid originally is not refunded.
